Healthy delicious chocolate peanut butter muffins with no refined sugar and so easy to make, perfect for a weight loss plan. These vanilla and peach muffins are divine and so easy to make! Great for packing a children’s lunch box or your own lunch box for a small treat or children’s party.
Ingredients
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp. honey
- 7 oz (200 g) natural peanut butter
- 4 tbsp. cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1 tbsp. baking soda
- 3 oz (85g) 85% dark chocolate, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line the muffin tin with paper muffin cups.
- Put the sliced banana in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add eggs, honey, peanut butter and mash everything with a fork. Then add the cocoa powder and baking soda and mix together.
- Divide the mixture between each muffin cup and sprinkle with chopped chocolate.
- Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 18-20 minutes. Remove the tray from the oven and place the muffins on a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
