Healthy delicious chocolate peanut butter muffins with no refined sugar and so easy to make, perfect for a weight loss plan. These vanilla and peach muffins are divine and so easy to make! Great for packing a children’s lunch box or your own lunch box for a small treat or children’s party.

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp. honey
  • 7 oz (200 g) natural peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp. cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 tbsp. baking soda
  • 3 oz (85g) 85% dark chocolate, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line the muffin tin with paper muffin cups.
  2. Put the sliced ​​banana in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add eggs, honey, peanut butter and mash everything with a fork. Then add the cocoa powder and baking soda and mix together.
  3. Divide the mixture between each muffin cup and sprinkle with chopped chocolate.
  4. Place the pan in the oven and bake for about 18-20 minutes. Remove the tray from the oven and place the muffins on a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
