Description
Creamy yogurt, salty peanut butter, and dark chocolate snap together into a frozen bark that tastes like a grown-up candy bar.
Ingredients

- 480 g (2 cups) plain Greek yogurt
- 120 g (1/2 cup) peanut butter
- 15 g (2 tbsp) cocoa powder
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp (0.5 g) salt
- 80 g (1/3 cup) dark chocolate chips
- 40 g (1/4 cup) chopped roasted peanuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt with honey, vanilla, and salt until smooth, about 1–2 minutes.
- Heat peanut butter in the microwave for 15–20 seconds, stirring until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment and spread the yogurt mixture evenly, about 6 mm thick.
- Drop spoonfuls of warm peanut butter across the yogurt. Melt dark chocolate and drizzle over the yogurt, swirling with a skewer.
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top. Freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
- Transfer the bark to a cutting board, break into pieces, and store in an airtight container.
Notes
Best served cold. Can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months.
