- 1 avocado, mashed
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp cane sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking sheet with parchment paper or nonstick spray.
- Mash the ripe avocado in a bowl until smooth, then measure out 1/3 cup of mashed avocado and return to the bowl. Add peanut butter and maple syrup, stirring until well blended.
- Add rolled oats, cocoa powder, cane sugar, salt, and chocolate chips to the avocado mixture, stirring gently until combined.
- Roll the dough into 10 balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, flattening each slightly.
- Bake for about 14 minutes until set but soft in the center. Transfer to a cooling rack.
