Instructions
- Start by cutting the chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces, then season them generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper to enhance their flavor.
- In a medium glass bowl, whisk together the olive oil, dry white wine, and lemon juice. Add the seasoned chicken pieces, cover, and let them marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour, or up to 12 hours for deeper flavor.
