Caesar Salad Recipe TL;DR
Ingredients

1 head romaine lettuce (~350g), chopped into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup caesar dressing
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese (~50g)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly cracked
3 cups cubed bread (~150g)
2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Diamond Crystal kosher salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F. Cut bread into cubes and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, and salt. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy, stirring halfway through.
- Wash and chop the romaine lettuce and place in a large bowl.
- Add the Caesar dressing and toss to coat the lettuce evenly.
- Top with shredded parmesan cheese, homemade croutons, and black pepper.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
Reheat gently on stovetop for best results.
