- 2 cups cooked chicken (Shredded)
- 4 oz cream cheese (Softened)
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (Frank’s RedHot)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (Shredded)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (Seasoning)
- 2 tbsp butter (Melted)
- 1 tbsp ranch dressing (For drizzle)
- 1 tbsp bacon bits (Optional garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, mozzarella, and spices.
- Flatten biscuit dough rounds; place a scoop of filling in the center of each.
- Pull edges together and pinch tightly to seal into a ball.
- Bake on a parchment-lined sheet for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with melted garlic butter; drizzle with ranch and top with bacon bits.
