- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup bacon bits
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until it’s browned and no longer pink, approximately 7-10 minutes. Make sure to break it apart with a spatula for even cooking. Once done, drain any excess fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, bacon bits, and buffalo sauce. Stir well until everything is coated in the sauce.
- Add the buffalo chicken mixture to the skillet with the cooked beef. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes until heated through.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Once the beef and chicken mixture is hot, transfer it to a baking dish. Top generously with the shredded mozzarella cheese, spreading it evenly over the mixture.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
