Description

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Mini Chocolate Chips (sweet surprise)
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries (adds fruity zing)
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon (for warmth and spice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl: combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well blended.
  3. Whisk together the wet ingredients in a separate bowl: milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture gently. Mix just until combined.
  5. Scoop the batter into the greased muffin pan, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
