Biscoff Rice Krispie Treats for a Quick Sweet Escape
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup Salted Butter (Substitute with unsalted butter for less salt)
- 2 cups Mini Marshmallows (Melt easier than regular marshmallows)
- 1 cup Lotus Biscoff Spread (Can be replaced with cookie butter)
- 4 cups Rice Krispies (Gluten-free version available)
- 1 cup White Chocolate (Dark chocolate can be used for a richer flavor)
- 6 biscuits Lotus Biscoff Biscuits (Optional alternative cookies can be used)
Instructions
- Prepare the Baking Tray by lining a deep 20cm (8-inch) square tin with baking paper.
- Melt the Mixture in a large microwave-safe bowl by combining salted butter, Lotus Biscoff spread, and marshmallows. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted.
- Combine with Rice Krispies by stirring them into the melted mixture until fully incorporated.
- Press into the Tin, using butter on hands to avoid sticking. Firmly press the mixture into the tin.
- Melt the White Chocolate in a clean bowl using microwave intervals until silky.
- Drizzle Over the Treats by pouring the melted chocolate atop the pressed mixture and spreading evenly.
- Add the Biscuit Toppings while the chocolate is warm to ensure they adhere.
- Chill to Set for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Slice and Serve into squares or rectangles, serving immediately or storing in an airtight container.
