A quick, nutritious, and refreshing detox drink made with beetroot and chia seeds that delivers a powerful nutrient boost.
Ingredients

- 1 medium beetroot, chopped
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 120–150 ml water (for blending or soaking chia)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- Wash, peel, and chop the beetroot into small pieces or grate for a smoother blend.
- Blend beet pieces with 100–200 ml water until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh if you want a clear, smooth juice.
- In a jar, add 1 Tbsp chia seeds + 120–150 ml water and stir. Let rest until gel forms (about 10–15 minutes).
- Combine 120–150 ml beet juice with the chia gel. Add lemon juice and honey if desired.
- Serve immediately at room temperature or chill for 10–30 minutes for a refreshing drink.
- Enjoy and customize as desired!
Notes
For a thicker consistency, increase chia to 2 Tbsp. For a fizzy twist, use sparkling water just before serving.
