  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder (Use fresh for optimum effect.)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt (Fine salt preferred.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a donut pan with cooking spray or coconut oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, maple syrup or honey, oil or water, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
