- 2 cups Flour (White, spelt, oat, or gluten-free alternative.)
- 1 tablespoon Baking Powder (Use fresh for optimum effect.)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a donut pan with cooking spray or coconut oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, maple syrup or honey, oil or water, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until evenly mixed.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the banana mixture until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity two-thirds full.
- Bake for approximately 8 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire cooling rack.
- Frost or glaze the donuts if desired.
