- 2 tablespoons Butter (or vegan butter)
- 0.5 cup Mixed Fresh Berries (mix and match your favorite berries)
- 0.5 cup Walnuts (roughly chopped; or sunflower/pumpkin seeds for nut-free)
- 0.25 cup Blue Cheese (crumbled; or goat cheese/vegan cheese)
- 2 tablespoons Honey (can substitute maple syrup)
- Fresh Thyme Sprigs (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it with butter.
- Halve the ripe pears vertically, remove the cores, and place each half cut-side up on the baking sheet. Brush cut surfaces with melted butter.
- Bake the pears for 15-20 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
- Remove from oven and distribute mixed berries over the surface of each pear half.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts over the berries and drizzle honey on top. Garnish with fresh thyme if desired.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
