- 1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 cup crushed pretzels
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, blend the crushed Butterfinger candy bars with the caramel sauce until well incorporated.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and roll it into small balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet and pop them in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until fully melted.
- Dip each frozen truffle using a fork into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated, then place back on the baking sheet.
- While the chocolate is still wet, roll the truffles in crushed pretzels. Return to the baking sheet.
- Freeze for an additional 15 minutes, allowing the chocolate to set completely. Enjoy or store in an airtight container.
