This indulgent Baileys Tiramisu Martini tastes exactly like the classic Italian dessert. Creamy, coffee-infused, and finished with a dusting of cocoa and a cookie garnish.

- 2 oz Baileys Irish Cream (Chilled)
- 1 oz coffee liqueur (Kahlúa or similar)
- 1 oz vanilla vodka (Or plain vodka)
- 1 oz heavy cream (Or half-and-half)
- chocolate syrup (For glass swirl)
- cocoa powder (For dusting)
- 1 biscuit (Shortbread or ladyfinger for garnish)
Instructions
- Drizzle chocolate syrup on the inside of a coupe glass and freeze for 5 minutes.
- Combine Baileys, coffee liqueur, vodka, and heavy cream in a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 20 seconds to aerate the cream.
- Strain into the chilled glass and dust the top with cocoa powder.
- Garnish with a biscuit on the rim and serve immediately.
