Irresistible Bacon, Brie, and Apricot Grilled Cheese Delight
Ingredients

- 4 slices Bacon (can opt for turkey bacon for a lighter alternative)
- 4 ounces Brie Cheese (camembert can be used as a substitution)
- 2 tablespoons Apricot Jam (or peach/fig preserves for a twist)
- 4 slices Bread (Sourdough or White) (or gluten-free bread as a substitute)
- 2 tablespoons Butter (or olive oil as a dairy-free option)
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Reduction (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- Spread apricot jam on one slice of bread. Layer with crispy bacon and brie cheese. Top with another slice of bread.
- Spread butter on the outside of both slices of bread.
- Grill in the skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until the bread is golden brown and cheese begins to melt.
- Carefully flip the sandwich and grill the other side for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Drizzle balsamic reduction over the sandwich before serving.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
