Ingredients

- 1/2–2/3 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/4 cup grated apple or 3–4 thin slices
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Measure and combine rolled oats and milk in a jar.
- Add grated apple, ground cinnamon, and maple syrup if desired.
- Layer or mix in pumpkin seeds and walnuts.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (at least 3-8 hours).
- In the morning, stir the mixture, add fresh apple slices, and loosen with milk if needed.
- Serve directly from the jar or transfer to a bowl.
Notes
