Description

Learn to master the art of air frying salmon for flaky, flavorful results in just minutes. Perfect for quick weeknight dinners or impressive meals.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pinch of cayenne (optional)
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using). Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the salmon fillets. Drizzle with lemon juice.
  3. Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and preheat for 3 minutes.
  4. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, depending on thickness, until the salmon is flaky and cooked through.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges. Enjoy with rice, steamed vegetables, or a fresh salad.

Notes

For best results, let cold fillets sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before cooking. Adjust cooking time based on fillet thickness.
