Description

These Air Fryer Salmon Patties are a delicious and healthy way to enjoy fresh salmon. Made with almond flour and simple seasonings, they are gluten-free, dairy-free, and packed with protein. Crispy on the outside and tender inside, these patties make a perfect quick lunch or dinner served with a salad or on a burger bun.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 small salmon fillet, skin removed (about 5 ounces)
  • 2/3 cup almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 medium-sized onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Non-stick cooking spray, for air fryer basket and patties

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon fillet into a few pieces and add all ingredients except cooking spray to a food processor. Process on high until combined but leaving a few small pieces of salmon, onion, and chives for texture.
  2. Shape the mixture into 4 patties approximately 3 inches in diameter. Refrigerate the patties for 30 minutes to firm up.
  3. Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  4. Place the patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket and lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
  5. Cook the patties at 400°F for 10-12 minutes until cooked through and crispy on the outside.
