  • 4 strips cooked bacon, chopped (optional)
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Your choice of additional toppings (e.g., chives, salsa, avocado)

Instructions

  1. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly, then pat them dry.
  2. Prick potatoes several times with a fork to vent steam.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and rub evenly; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 40–50 minutes, checking at 40 minutes for doneness.
  6. Prep toppings (cook bacon, shred cheese, chop green onions) while potatoes are cooking.
