Juicy Air Fried Steak and Asparagus Bundles You’ll Love

- 1 pound flank steak
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup tamari sauce
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1 cup bell peppers
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 spray olive oil
Instructions
- Generously sprinkle kosher salt and black pepper over the flank steak.
- Place the seasoned steak into a large zip-top bag. Add tamari sauce and minced garlic, then seal the bag.
- Massage gently to ensure the steak is well coated. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or ideally overnight.
- Once marinated, take the steak out of the bag and discard the marinade. Lay the steak flat on a cutting board and place an equal share of asparagus and sliced bell peppers in the center.
- Carefully roll the steak around the vegetables and use toothpicks to secure the bundles.
- Set your air fryer to preheat while you prepare to cook.
- Arrange the steak bundles in the air fryer basket in batches and spray lightly with olive oil.
- Cook at 400°F for 5 minutes.
- After cooking, take the steak bundles out and let them rest for about 5 minutes.
- In a small to medium saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar, beef broth, and unsalted butter over medium heat.
- Whisk together until well combined. Allow the sauce to thicken.
- Drizzle the sauce over the steak bundles just before serving.
