Ingredients

- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp, cooking until pink and opaque.
- Season with salt and pepper, then stir in parsley and lemon juice.
- Combine the shrimp mixture with the cooked spaghetti and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately garnished with extra parsley if desired.
Notes
For a spicier dish, increase the amount of red pepper flakes. Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
