If you’ve tried plain, fat-free Greek yogurt before and don’t care for the tart taste, don’t give up just yet. There are many flavor options and ways to use Greek yogurt in recipes to enjoy it. We’ve collected 45 ideas below, so you’re sure to find one that suits your taste.

For most Weight Watchers members, plain yogurt is a zero-point or “free” food. WW has points only for diabetic members.

Keep in mind that this is only for the low-fat versions, as well as the no-sugar-added versions.

  • Mix together one large container of plain Greek yogurt, 1 small container of sugar-free pistachio pudding mix, and 1 container of crushed pineapple, drained. Makes 4 large servings.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and, if desired, with sweetener.
  • Mix with salsa for a Mexican-style dip or salad dressing.
  • Mix with plain, canned pumpkin, sweetener and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Mix in the extract – vanilla, almond, coconut – and if desired, sweetener.
