Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic, zucchini, and bell pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cherry tomatoes and red pepper flakes. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, mixing until well combined.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil and serve with Parmesan cheese on top.
