These 12:00 zero point Weight Watchers recipes will help you monitor your daily scores while enjoying delicious food that keeps you satisfied. As a Weight Watchers member, I’m constantly on the lookout for easy, delicious recipes that are low on calories. If the food is a zero point then I’m a super happy WW girl. You’ll also love how these recipes help with your weight loss.

What are WW Zero Point Foods?
Since the Weightwatchers Freestyle program was introduced in 2017, WW has included more zero point meals for members. These are foods that don’t need to be tracked and can be eaten in moderation.
WW Zero foods vary slightly depending on the program, but they include vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, and sometimes whole grains.
Yes, these foods still have calories. While it’s possible to overeat zero-point foods, it’s rare because these foods are healthy and filling.

It’s important to note that zero point foods do not mean zero calories, so don’t go crazy on these foods. Still, having these ground zero food options on hand can be the difference between a successful, satisfying day and a struggle.
Want to try an entire menu of zero-point foods for a few days? Check out our Weight Watchers 3-Day Zero Meal Plan. While it’s not necessary to eat only zero point foods all the time, we’ve found that a few days of all zero point foods is a great start to your weight loss process.
Why eat food with zero points?
I like to have a handy list of scratch recipes for times like this.
- Some days I eat out at a restaurant and use up all my points.
- hungry days when I can’t seem to get enough.
- when I’ve used up my daily points before lunchtime (or even breakfast).
- when I’ve used up all my weekly flex points.
- when should I get back on track with healthy eating?
- when I know I’m going to have fun for the day, but also don’t want to go to the event hungry.
