Frozen Sweet and Salty Peanut Butter Pie Ingredients
- 3 cups light vanilla ice cream (I used Halo Top vanilla bean
- ⅓ cup all-natural creamy peanut butter
- 1 premade chocolate pie crust
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate syrup
- ⅓ cup crushed pretzels
How to make Frozen Peanut Butter Pie, step by step
Step 1: Gather and prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2: In a medium bowl, mix the softened ice cream and peanut butter until completely combined.
Step 3: Spoon the mixture into the prepared crust and smooth it into a smooth layer.
Step 4: Drizzle or drizzle chocolate sauce over top, then sprinkle with pretzels.
Step 5: Put the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Step 6: Before serving, let the pie sit at room temperature until it begins to soften and can be cut with a sharp knife, at least 5 minutes. (For easy slicing, try running a knife under hot water before slicing.)
Step 7: If desired, decorate with additional additives (light whipped cream, chopped peanuts, etc.)
